Payments policy

At Jakubowski, creating an easy and convenient shopping experience for our customers is our top priority. That is why we offer PayPal and Payoneer as our primary payment methods.

We will only receive payment from your Paypal or Payoneer account after your order has been shipped.

1. PAYPAL

When you place an order using PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal checkout page where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You can still pay even if you do not have a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete a secure payment via PayPal.

2. PAYONEER

When you place an order, you can select “payoneer” to pay. You will be redirected to the Payoneer login page.

Log in to your Payoneer account to complete the payment.

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from both Payoneer and the store.

3. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Orders will only be processed and shipped after payment is confirmed.

In case of any payment issues, we will contact you via email to resolve the issue.

4. PAYMENT CURRENCY

All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD). Please note that exchange rates may apply if you use a non-USD credit card.

5. SECURE PAYMENTS

We ensure the highest level of security for every purchase. Payment and shipping data are collected and securely transmitted to the acquiring bank, card company, and payment processor for real-time transaction authentication using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) transaction encryption. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click here to learn more about how to apply for an SSL certificate.

You will also notice that the URL at the top of your browser starts with ‘https:’ instead of the usual ‘http:’, meaning you are in secure mode.

6. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND REFUNDS

Please contact our customer service team immediately if you have any questions or concerns about paying for your order. We will always try to find a solution that meets your needs. Any refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

7. CHANGES TO OUR PAYMENT POLICY

We reserve the right to make any necessary updates or changes to our payment policy. We recommend that you check this policy periodically as any changes to our payment policy will be reflected here. Your use of our website to make a purchase constitutes your agreement to these terms.
